One Last Quick Holiday Tip!
How to Make Your Home Smell Cozy for the Holidays
Cleaning will freshen your space, but to create a really cozy vibe try one of these scent-sational tricks that are sure to add a pleasing aroma to your tidy home.
This is a tired and true classic that is easy to find at almost any major retailer. Find scents that create that warm feeling for the holidays--such as cinnamon, apple, or vanilla.

Already have a warmer and just looking for new scents to try?
We recommend Happy Wax -- all of the fragance and none of the bad stuff!
Reed Stick Incense
This style is great for those that don't want to deal with a potential wax spill. A festive hack on this is to get a reed diffuser and a scent you like for your holiday gathering. Use the set as is or you can find a lovely decorative vase, add the scent oil and the reeds to make it your own!
Candle Warmer
Gone are the days of the little electric pad warmers for candles--now there are so many pretty and stylish options to chose from! These are sure to add not only a beautiful scent to your home when paired with a favorite candle, but also a warm glow to the space they are in.
Wow you're guests with one of these Tiffany inspired candle warming lamps! Not only will they make your home smell amazing, but they are a beautiful decorative item that can give a unique touch to your space.
Spiced-Up Apple Cider

This one is probably my guests' favorite because not only does it make your home smell spicy and amazing, but it creates a lovely drink to share and warm up with!
The morning of your gathering combine the following ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker:
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whole cloves
½ teaspoon whole allspice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 large orange, quartered
2 quarts apple cider
Set your crock pot or slow cooker to low and let it warm up your ingredients while you finish the last preparations for the day. By the time your guests start coming in your home will look amazing, smell wonderful, and you'll have a tasty way to toast the start of your festive fun!
Serve with a cinnamon stick, a scoop of frozen whipped topping, and a sprinkle of nutmeg to make a truly tasty treat.
